Hover Invoice is run by Hover Technologies LLC. Signing in creates a free Hover account.

What we keep

Your name and email; the currency and income range you choose to tell us; your templates, logo and signature image; your clients' details and your invoices. Invoices include your clients' information, so only add what you need on the invoice.

How we use it

To run the invoice tool. We email you product updates only if you tick the box asking for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your data, and invoice contents are never used for analytics.

Who can see it

Only you. Hover staff have no access to invoice contents through our tools; database access is limited to the founders for incident response and is logged. Our providers: Privy (sign-in), our database host, and Vercel (website hosting).

Deleting it

You can delete drafts at any time. Deleting your Hover account removes your invoices, clients, templates and images. Backups roll off on our backup schedule.
